MSH Town Hall – Career and AI
What This Session Covers
Most professionals know they should be doing more with AI. Most also know they should be more deliberate about their career progression. This Town Hall puts both on the table in one practical, Q&A-driven session – looking at where career strategy and AI capability intersect, and what that means for the moves you make this year.
This is not a lecture or a trends overview. It is a working conversation about what is actually changing, what still matters, and where your time and attention will compound fastest. Topics will include:
- AI and your role – an honest look at how AI is reshaping different industries and functions, and how to position yourself ahead of it rather than behind it.
- Career momentum in a changing market – how to approach progression, pivots, and positioning when the market itself is shifting fast.
- LinkedIn and visibility in the AI era – what actually works now for building a professional presence that gets noticed by the right people.
- Skills that compound – which capabilities are worth building now given where things are heading, and how to develop them without losing months to courses you will never finish.
- Live Q&A – open Q&A throughout the session. Bring your specific situation and questions.
Who Should Attend
This session is open to all MSH members at no cost. It is designed for professionals who are thinking about their next career move, want to get more intentional about how they are using AI, or both. If you have been circling either topic without taking a clear step forward, this is the session to start with.

Take the Next Step After This Session
Town Halls are designed as a starting point. For members who want to move from a good conversation to real momentum, MSH runs two fortnightly paid sessions that go further into the work – one focused on career execution, one on practical AI skills.
Fortnightly working session covering CV, promotions, salary negotiation, LinkedIn, and career pivots. Structured, practical, and built around accountability.
Fortnightly hands-on session applying AI tools to real work tasks. Prompting, workflow, writing, research, and career-specific AI applications.
Both sessions run live on Zoom, fortnightly, on alternate weeks – so there is a career-focused session available every week across the month.
Available to Foundation members and above. Inner Circle members also receive session recordings and structured accountability group access.
Foundation membership gives you access to both Career Lab and AI Practicals, plus live sessions across all four MSH pillars. If you are not yet a member, it takes two minutes to get started.
Future MSH Town Halls
MSH Town Halls are live monthly sessions on topics across wealth, career, health, and network. Each session brings in a practitioner or subject matter expert for a practical, Q&A-driven conversation rather than a lecture. Sessions run for approximately one hour and are recorded for members who cannot attend live.
Live on Zoom, approximately one hour, with open Q&A throughout. Practical and conversational, not a webinar or a sales pitch.
External practitioners and subject matter experts. Occasionally internal facilitators when the topic calls for a working session format.
Free for all MSH members. Session recordings and notes are posted to the community space after each event.
Vary each month across the MSH pillars: Wealth, Career, Health, and Network. Upcoming topics are announced in the community and on the events page.
