What Happens in Career Lab
Career Lab is a structured fortnightly session built around one thing – turning career intentions into career action. Most professionals know what they should be doing. Career Lab is where they actually do it, with a group of people who hold them to it.
Each session covers a focused topic across the career progression spectrum. Topics rotate fortnightly and include:
- CV and application strategy – how to position your experience for the roles you actually want, not just the ones you’ve had.
- Salary negotiation – how to approach pay reviews, counter-offers, and new role negotiations without leaving money on the table.
- Career progression and promotions – how to build the case internally, manage visibility, and time your next move.
- LinkedIn and personal brand – how to make your profile and activity work for you rather than sitting dormant.
- Upskilling and role pivots – how to close skill gaps and reposition yourself for a different direction without starting from scratch.
